During my time at Butler County, I've learned to balance football games, practice, conditioning, and lifting, with my classes and studying. I've also found subjects that I like learning. That is why my grades in college are better than high school. The most recent lesson I learned is that it is best to ask for help instead of struggle on my own. I know my grades will continue to improve now that I understand it is better to use the resources available to me as an athlete than try to figure out everything by myself.

Also, being a good student is part of being a good leader and role model to my teammates. That is why I continue to work hard both on the field and in the classroom.

In Junior College, I did not declare a major. I would like to study Turf Management or Golf Course Management at the next level. If that is not possible, then I would choose to study business because I have owned my own landscaping business for the past six years.
